Hello, I am Andre Koen, President and Founder of AM HORIZONS TRAINING GROUP. It is my honor to pull together the best and brightest minds I know to create our training and education consulting group. We have been promoting the concept that "the way you think impacts the way you live". Often people are waiting for their luck to change or to “get a break”. At AM Horizons we believe that you have the power to improve your situation, and we can show you how. Many things have changed over the years. One thing that remain true is that a small group of people are able to shape and change the world. Let us help you plant the seeds of change.

Workshops

We offer several half-day to three hours sessions, focusing on issues of diversity, team building, and personal effectiveness, both at work and home. Services include: Keynote speeches, 1/2 day training sessions to 3 day training sessions, workshops (1 hour to 3 hour sessions), and training Sessions (1day to 3 day sessions)

Training Sessions

* Diversity Education
* Personal Effectiveness
* Leadership Development
* Team Building

Keynotes:
Know your Worth. (45-50 minutes) Remember playing hide and seek? Remember the kids that had a knack for hiding all too well? The same is true about people today. Oftentimes we hide “all too well;” but in the process of hiding, we lose our sense of self. “Know Your Worth” teaches individuals how to actively engage in the process of “finding themselves.”

Enkindled Spirit. (45-50 minutes) Have you ever tried to light a match against the wind? Well, we all face adversity in some form or another. Resiliency and self-efficacy are skills anyone can learn. “Enkindled Spirit” offers tips on how to go through hell and not get burned.

No Such Thing as PROCRASTINATION. (45-50 minutes) We have been given the power of choice. No one can “make” us do anything. For example, you can prepare an infant’s meal, make funny faces, or even jump up and down; but you can’t make him/her eat what you have prepared. Just like babies must be motivated to eat (hunger), adults must be motivated to change. The address offers strategies to simply “jump start” your motivation.
